Location - Milan
Project Type - Residential
Size - Approx. 150m2 per unit

The project is the refurbishment of an existing Palazzo Liberty in Milan city centre.

The client brief is the conversion of the existing single dwelling into four different large flats. Starting from the space layout to the interior finishing selection, Deckora Design delivered a turn-key solution requested by the client.

The external part of the building was left almost unaltered, except for the attic conversion, which granted additional volume and open terraces on the rooftop. The final achievement is a balanced mix of contemporaneity held into a traditional shell.
